What is collected
When you contact me about an apartment search, I keep the details you give me: your name, phone number, email address, and what you are looking for, such as bedrooms, budget, move date and preferred areas.
What it is used for
Solely to help you find an apartment. That means sending you options, and registering you with the communities you are interested in so they know I referred you, which is how I am paid. Your details are not sold, and are not shared with anyone other than the communities relevant to your own search.
Google account data
This site's tools connect to Sam Joseph's own Google account in order to send and draft email from it. That access is used only to send correspondence relating to apartment searches. No data is read from, or written to, any other person's Google account.
Google user data obtained through this application is not transferred to third parties, is not sold, is not used for advertising or to build advertising profiles, and is not used to train any general-purpose model. It is used only to provide the emailing described above, and its use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keeping and removing your information
Your details are kept for as long as needed to help with your search and to document referrals. Ask me at any time to see what is held about you or to delete it, and I will do so.
